1. ORDER AND PAYMENT

• A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your online purchase is completed.

• Refer to the product page to find out the manufacturing time of your conversion kit, if the product is not in stock at the time of purchase.

• A deposit or full payment, taxes included, of the product is required at the time of your purchase

• If you pay a deposit, the remaining amount of the invoice must be paid no later than the day of the pick-up or before shipment.

• Prices may be changed at any time, without further notice. However, if you pay a deposit, the final amount to be paid will be the price displayed the day of your purchase

• Payments can be made online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), a debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or by Interac e-Transfer.

• Interac e-Transfer is only valid in Canada. Transfer instructions are provided on the payment page.

• Current taxes per province or state are applicable on all products, including delivery, depending on your location. Our platform automatically calculates the amount of taxes according to your Invoicing address.

• All purchases in Canada must be made in Canadian dollars ($CAD) and purchases in the United States in US dollars ($USD).

• Le Baroudeur - Vanpackers is not responsible for variations in the exchange rate in the event of price disparity.

2. SHIPPING POLICY - USA & CANADA

In-stock products are generally shipped within two (2) to five (5) business days after your order is paid in full. An order placed after 4pm will be processed the next business day (see point 1.4 for order with deposit)

We will endeavor to fulfill your order for product(s) listed in the Shipment Confirmation by the delivery date set out in the Shipment Confirmation, when specified. That said, we may experience delays for the following reasons:

1. Customization of products;

2. Specialized products;

3. Unforeseen circumstances;

4. Delivery area.

We ship our products across Canada and the contiguous USA. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your product is shipped.

Shipping fees in some US states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) or Canadian provinces (Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon) will be calculated on an individual basis. Please contact us for details.

Prices displayed on each product are in Canadian Dollars ($CAD) for purchase in Canada and US Dollars ($USD) for purchase in the USA.

Delivery fees may change without prior notice and the final amount will be indicated on the invoice or in your basket during final payment. Le Baroudeur - Vanpackers will do his best to advise its customers of any change, as soon as possible.

Prices apply for residential delivery.

In case of last minute changes of the delivery address or missed deliveries, fees may apply.

Delivery time is shown for information purposes only and may vary. Le Baroudeur Vanpackers is not responsible for any delay out of our control.

Delivery time is generally 1 to 2 weeks and is added to production time.

3. RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Le Baroudeur - Vanpackers offers a twelve (12) month warranty on all its new conversion kits against manufacturing defects and defective parts, and a six (6) month warranty on all other products of its own brand. Certain products from other brands distributed on the online store may benefit from the manufacturer's conventional warranty. Refer to the description on the product page directly.

If a manufacturing defect is noted, or if the product has been damaged during transport, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of the product, and we will replace the damaged part(s) free of charge.

• This warranty applies from the date of collection or shipment of the product.

• To claim your warranty or to request a return, please contact Le Baroudeur - Vanpackers by email at info@vanpackers.com.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

• All transport costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.

• Le Baroudeur - Vanpackers reserves the right to determine whether or not a product is eligible for a return and/or the application of the warranty.

• In case of return, a restocking fee of 10% of the total price, all taxes included, will be retained. The refund will be made according to the initial method of payment within 15 days of the return confirmation by the Baroudeur - Vanpackers team.

• Reasons that may justify a refusal of return and/or application of the warranty: obvious presence of improper use of the equipment by the user, traces of burns, persistent smell, missing part(s), poor storage, damaged mechanism, traces of improper care.

4. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

A right of modification or cancellation free of charge is granted during the 48 hours following the purchase of a product on our online store, in the event that the product has not yet been sent or picked up. If the product has been shipped and/or, picked up and/or, or passed this period, please refer to the return conditions (point 3).

If you wish to cancel your order after this time, for any reason, the following conditions apply:

1. Any deposit paid is non-refundable and will be retained in full by Le Baroudeur-Vanpackers.

2. If you have paid for your order in full, Le Baroudeur - Vanpackers will retain 35% of the total amount of your order, all taxes included, and will refund the balance to the original payment method within 15 days of the cancellation confirmation.

5. REFUSAL OF ORDER

Le Baroudeur - Vanpackers reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website and/or online store at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the website and/or online store. While we will make reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that may require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order confirmation; and we reserve the right to refuse to process an order at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website and/or online store, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on the website and/or online store.

6. GCS MODIFICATIONS, UPDATES AND CONTACT

Le Baroudeur - Vanpackers may, at any time and without prior notice, modify or amend the general of sales (GCS). The new GCS will take effect immediately when they are published on the website www.vanpackers.com and will only be effective on orders placed after this date.
