ExpeditionBox isn’t a one-off DIY build or a flimsy box. It’s a complete system that drops into your truck bed in minutes, can stay there year-round and is tough enough for real-world use on gravel roads, in bad weather and over time.
Simple install, no permanent mods
Slide the box into your truck bed, line it up with the tailgate and secure it to your existing tie-down points. No drilling into your truck, and you can remove it easily whenever you need a completely empty bed.

12 mm birch plywood, an adjustable aluminum frame and heavy-duty locking slides are designed for repeated use in a truck bed. Where many homemade setups start to twist, crack or loosen, the ExpeditionBox stays solid and reliable.

Will the ExpeditionBox fit your pickup?
The ExpeditionBox is designed to fit the vast majority of pickups with a truck bed of at least 4 feet (48”). It’s especially ideal if you want to keep your truck bed versatile: work during the week, camping on the weekend.

What should you check on you truck?
- You have an open truck bed (no permanent full-width box that blocks the whole space).
- Your bed is long enough to fit the kitchen box (4 feet) and, if you choose it, the bed platform.
- You don’t have accessories taking up the full width of the bed (e.g. a large fixed toolbox, heavy permanent rack, etc.).

When will I receive my ExpeditionBox?
The first kits will ship starting January 19, 2026 to Canada and the continental United States.
The exact date will depend on when you pay your remaining balance and overall order volume. We’ll email you a shipping window after you place your pre-order.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Installment payment options (Shop Pay, Sezzle, Affirm, etc.) are available on the remaining balance, depending on what our payment platform offers at checkout.
The $200 deposit itself is paid in a single transaction.
Do you ship everywhere in Canada and the U.S.?
Yes, we ship across Canada and the continental United States.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
If you live in a remote or special area (e.g. Alaska, Yukon, etc.), contact us so we can confirm the available options and lead times.
Are there customs or import fees for U.S. orders?
For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your state and local regulations.
Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility. If you’re unsure, please refer to our sales policy or contact us before ordering.
What’s the return policy for the ExpeditionBox?
The ExpeditionBox follows our standard return policy for camper kits (see our Shipping & Returns section for full details).
In short: the product must be in good condition, properly repackaged, and return shipping fees may apply depending on your region.
If you’re not sure, reach out before ordering – we’d rather clarify everything upfront than disappoint you later.
