- Your bed is long enough to fit the kitchen box (4 feet) and, if you choose it, the bed platform.

When will I receive my ExpeditionBox?
The first kits will ship starting January 19, 2026 to Canada and the continental United States.
The exact date will depend on when you pay your remaining balance and overall order volume. We’ll email you a shipping window after you place your pre-order.
What happens if I change my mind?
Your $200 deposit is 100% refundable until January 12, 2026.
If you cancel before that date, we cancel your pre-order and refund your deposit in full.
After January 12, 2026, the deposit is no longer refundable.
What if I haven’t paid the balance by January 31, 2026?
If the remaining balance is not paid before January 31, 2026, your order is cancelled and the deposit is kept.
You lose your spot and the pre-order benefits (launch price, free cover, priority shipping).
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Installment payment options (Shop Pay, Sezzle, Affirm, etc.) are available on the remaining balance, depending on what our payment platform offers at checkout.
The $200 deposit itself is paid in a single transaction.
Do you ship everywhere in Canada and the U.S.?
Yes, we ship across Canada and the continental United States.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
If you live in a remote or special area (e.g. Alaska, Yukon, etc.), contact us so we can confirm the available options and lead times.
Are there customs or import fees for U.S. orders?
For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your state and local regulations.
Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility. If you’re unsure, please refer to our sales policy or contact us before ordering.
What’s the return policy for the ExpeditionBox?
The ExpeditionBox follows our standard return policy for camper kits (see our Shipping & Returns section for full details).
In short: the product must be in good condition, properly repackaged, and return shipping fees may apply depending on your region.
If you’re not sure, reach out before ordering – we’d rather clarify everything upfront than disappoint you later.
