The Vanpackers Simple Kit is an ultra-compact, modular bed system designed to fit most minivans, flat-floor vehicles, and ID. Buzz. Its one-size-fits-most design makes it easy to transform your everyday vehicle into a comfortable camper without any permanent modifications.
The Simple Kit lets you sleep while keeping up to five passenger seats available in most standard minivans, so you don't have to choose between everyday practicality and weekend adventures.
The system unfolds into an expandable bed platform up to 72 in. long. The drawer option adds 40 in. of deep storage, along with a modular work surface, a folding sink, and a divider included. 100% customizable, it can be installed alone or in pairs, with or without drawers, to perfectly suit your actual needs.
Sold as a DIY Flat Pack, the Simple Kit takes about 1 hour to assemble the first time. Once assembled, it can be installed or removed from your vehicle in just 5 minutes.
Need a double bed? Simply order 2 Bed Frames (Quantity: 2) and complete your setup with mattresses or drawers.

What are the lead times?
We understand that sometimes adventure just can't wait! That's why we often have kits in stock, ready to ship.
- Canada: Standard delivery within 7 to 10 business days.
- United States: Orders to the US are processed once a week, every Wednesday. Once shipped, home delivery can take up to 10 business days.
During peak season, our production time is typically 1 to 3 weeks, in addition to the delivery time.

How many passenger can I travel with in a minivan?
If you have a minivan, you do not need to remove your rear seats in most minivans to use this kit. So you can travel up to 5 passengers!
What are the production and shipping times?
If we have the kit in stock, we ship it immediately. Delivery can take up to 10 business days to most Canadian provinces and the United States.
During peak periods, if we are out of stock, production takes between 1 and 3 weeks, plus the usual shipping time.
We closely manage our buffer stock to avoid summer delays, but because timing is critical for your DIY van conversion timeline, contact us directly to get a real-time inventory check and precise shipping estimate.
